CleanBook Early idea, not built yet

Get paid after every clean, without chasing anyone.

An idea for house-cleaning companies with 2 to 15 cleaners: one simple place for customers to book, for regular visits to stay on your schedule, and for you to see who has paid.

YOUR COMPANY Friday clean $187 Paid

How it would work

  1. $187 Book

    Your customer books

They choose their home size and how often, see your price, and book from your website. No back-and-forth messages.

  2. The visits stay on your schedule

Regular visits repeat by themselves. Your team can see who's going where, and the customer gets a reminder.

  3. Paid

You get paid and see who owes you

A saved card is charged when the clean is done. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or check? Mark it paid, and it's all in one place.

Try it: book a clean and watch it arrive

A pretend example with made-up customers and prices. Nothing is booked or charged, and no card details are collected.

You see

This week, on your phone

Book a clean on the customer's side and watch it arrive here.

    Collected this week $0

Not every customer pays by card. That's fine.

Only cards can be charged automatically. For everything else, you'd mark the visit as paid and record how. That way you have one list of who has paid and who still owes you.

    • Cash

    • Venmo
    • Cash App

It doesn't exist yet. That's why I'm asking.

I'm a software developer, and I'd rather learn what cleaning companies need before I build anything. Your answers decide what goes in it, or whether I build it at all.

    • Free setup for the first 5 companiesI'd enter your services and prices for you.
    • $39 a month, once it works for youNo limit on your revenue, and nothing to pay until then.
    • Your money stays yoursCard payments would go straight to your own Stripe account. I'd never hold them.

What would you want it to do?

Takes about a minute. Answer as much or as little as you like. Thinking "I'd never use this" is useful too, so please say why.

Which of these would help you most? Pick any.
How do your customers pay you today? Pick any.

Leave it if you'd like me to reply, or to be one of the first 5 companies. I'll only use it for that, and I won't add you to a mailing list.
